ABOUT PK
Kysha Jones Thompson, affectionately known as PK, is a Pastor and native of Hillsborough, NC. PK is dedicated to empowering individuals through faith, compassion, and mental health advocacy. PK is a proud wife and mother. She serves as the Senior Pastor of Sozo Life Ministries and is a Social Worker for Community Outreach and Education.
Holding degrees in Social Work (BSW, NCCU; MSW, UNC-Chapel Hill) and Divinity (M.Div., Apex School of Theology), PK integrates spiritual care with clinical expertise to inspire holistic transformation. Currently completing full licensure as a clinical social worker (LCSWA), she is passionate about guiding people toward wholeness and equipping them with tools for sustainable growth.
Through her personal ministry "Life with PK," PK offers encouragement, mentorship, and resources to empower individuals to live their best lives. Her approach emphasizes faith, mental health, and the power of community. PK is the author of "The Healing Room" and will birth more transformative projects in the future, focusing on creating spaces where individuals can find healing, hope, and restoration. Whether through her roles as pastor, social worker, or mentor, PK remains steadfast in her mission to uplift others, ensuring no one has to journey through life alone.
